The Maestría en Ciencias en Tecnologías de la Computación program is based on a holistic knowledge perspective formation, promoting the articulation of different areas of science, in order to solve scientific and technological problems with a social impact. Hence, its objectives are achieved through training graduates as highly competent professionals in the application and innovation of computational and mathematical models, allowing them to generate multi, inter and transdisciplinary solutions to problems in their region, using the elements of scientific research. In addition, the end of the curriculum, graduates will have the following provisions:
- Advanced discrete mathematics.
- Algorithm design and analysis.
- High-level scientific programming.
- Knowledge regarding the selected Knowledge-Generation-and-Application Line (KGAL).
- The appropriation of emerging computing technologies, and their orientation to solution innovation.
- Ease of integration to work groups in their related areas, as well as multidisciplinary.
- The planning, development and management of scientific research projects in the field of computer technologies.
- The application of formal models for problem solving in a range of science and technology fields.
- Propose new computational procedures to be applied in the automation and / or improvement of processes in different productive sectors.
