Formación académica
El Dr. Gustavo Adolfo Alonso Silverio recibió el grado de Dr. en ciencias por parte de la Universidad de Perpignan Via Domitia (Francia) y del CINVESTAV-IPN por una doble co-titulación.
Recibió el grado de maestría en ciencias con especialidad en ingeniería eléctrica por parte del Departamento de Ingeniería Eléctrica del Centro de Investigación y Estudios Avanzados del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (CINVESTAV-IPN, México).
Actualmente su trabajo esta centrado en el desarrollo de dispositivos inteligentes con aplicación clínica para la detección temprana de enfermedades cronico-degenerativas, específicamente Artritis Reumatoide, Diabetes Mellitus y Diabetes Gestacional. Usando algoritmos de aprendizaje automático y arquitecturas computacionales dedicadas.
